Daniela graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism. In her academic and professional career, she has written everything from profiles, opinion pieces, event/panel coverage, healthcare, lifestyle, product reviews, and culture. 

She currently freelance writes for several clients and publications, including Better Homes & Gardens and Apartment Therapy.

Daniela, the proud daughter of Mexican immigrants, was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles. She lived in San Diego for six years and recently returned to Los Angeles. During her free time, she enjoys having picnics, taking care of her houseplants, watching movies with her husband Dave, and cuddling with her Goldendoodle, Chai.
